Within 2014-2020 programming period, the Operational Program “Growth and Employment” determined the investment of EU funding in the set goals in order to increase and maintain the positive impact on economic development and the Latvian economy. During this planning period, JSC Olainfarm carries out the development of new products and new production technologies, research of medicines and active pharmaceutical ingredients, implementation of infrastructure and other projects.

On-going projects:

“Pharmaceutical, Biomedical and Medical Technology Competence Center” project No.1.2.1.1/18/A/005 implements research projects:

–“Pre-clinical and clinical trials for medical products”;
–“Studies of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients”;
–“Clinical trials for medical products”.

Participation JSC Olainfarm as a cooperation partner of the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia, ESF project No. 8.5.1.0/16/I/001 “Participation of students of vocational education institutions in work-based learning and internships in companies”.

Project No.4.1.1.0/18/A/018 “Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions by Redesigning JSC “Olainfarm” Cold Station and its Engineering System” implemented in cooperation with the Central Finance and Contracting Agency.

Within the “Innovation voucher” program administrated by the Latvian Investment Development Agency, project No.1.1.1.2/16/I/001, JSC Olainfarm implemented the project “Industrial research of active pharmaceutical ingredient”.
