JSC Olainfarm, the subsidiary of JSC AB City, is one of the largest companies in the Baltic states with 50 years of experience in the production of medicines and chemical pharmaceutical products.

The range of product portfolio developed by the company, which is continuously developed and expanded, includes 60 finished dosage forms, 25 active pharmaceutical substances and more than 20 intermediates, including medicinal products for the nervous system, cardiovascular health, as well as antiviral, antibacterial and anti-allergic drugs.

The consolidated turnover of the company group in 2021 reached 137.7 million euros, consolidated profit after tax – 12.7 million euro.

Olainfarm products are exported to more than 60 countries of the world – approximately 90% of the production is sold in export markets.

840 employees perform daily work in the company, ensuring a continuous product production process in 24/7 mode.

Olainfarm collaborates globally and regionally renowned companies including Chemo Group, Olon Spa, Dr. Reddy’s, SUN Pharmaceuticals, Arotex AU, Almirall Ranke, UQUIFA, Hetero Drugs, Teva and Egis.

Since 2011, JSC Olainfarm’s anti-tuberculosis medicines have been prequalified for supplies to the World Health Organization.

The company has long-term experience in the production and development of pharmaceutical products such as adamantane, quinuclidine and nitrofuran series.
