Fenkarol®

Active substance: Quifenadini hydrochloridum

Indications: pollinosis (hay fever), acute and chronic urticaria, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, angioneurotic oedema, dermatosis, eczema, neurodermatitis, itching of the skin, food or medication induced allergy

Dose and quantity: 10 mg N20; 25 mg N20; 50 mg N15

Pharmaceutical form: Tablets




Antihistamine medicine – reduces the effect of histamine on organs and organ systems.  Fenkarol® reduces the manifestations of allergy, has anti-itching properties and does not cause significant drowsiness.

Uses:

In adults:

25 – 50 mg 2-4 times per day after meals.

Adolescents, children aged 12 and over:

25 mg 2-3 times per day after meals.

The duration of the therapy course is 10-20 days. Repeat the course, if required.

In 7 to 12 year-old children:

10-15 mg 2-3 times per day after meals.

In 3 to 7 year-old children:

10 mg 2 times per day after meals.

In 2 to 3 year-old children:

5 mg 2-3 times per day after meals.

The duration of the therapy course is 10-15 days. Repeat the course, if required.

In children up to 3 years of age:

The medicinal product may be used only after consulting a physician.
