On 30 May 2017, JSC Olainfarm signed an agreement with the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia on participation in the implementation of the ESF project “Participation of students of vocational education institutions in work-based learning and internships in companies” (No. 8.5.1.0/16/ I / 001). 

The aim of the project is to increase the qualification of students after their participation in work-based learning or employer-led practical training and internship.

Project implementation time from January 27, 2017 to August 31, 2023.

The target group of the project is vocational secondary education and vocational education programme’s students. Within the framework of the project, the participants of the programme will be trained (theoretically and practically) by JSC Olainfarm, acquiring knowledge and skills while operating in a real work environment.

Project costs are covered by 85% of the ESF (European Social Fund), 15% of the Latvian state budget funding.
